In 2023 the CMA launched a temporary road fuel price open data scheme.
This provides a daily feed of petrol and diesel prices at approximate 40% of the UK service stations and supermarkets.
We took the feed and built pumpprices.co.uk which includes:
- Visualising the data on a map
- Tabular presentationsof the data to rank by region, brand or chain
Graphical visualisations by price
We take an hourly feed of the data from the various participants of the open data scheme.
