In 2007 I produced a timeline visualisation of the rail franchises of the time, showing when they expired, and a few key statistics about them. It proved a popular tool with many, particularly those in sales and business development roles to understand when new business opportunities would be arising.
Covid-19 and the transition to GBR mean there's no longer the excitement about opportunities for the supply chain around franchise changes. But having maintained this for 15 years, I'll try to keep this updated for a little longer.
